Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel in good time, at least 24 hours before the appointment.

In the event of late cancellation or unexcused non-appearance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €80 per 25 minutes started in accordance with § 615 BGB, provided the appointment cannot be assigned to another patient. This does not apply if you were unable to cancel in time due to an important reason for which you are not responsible.
