In the event of late cancellation or unexcused non-appearance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €80 per 25 minutes started in accordance with § 615 BGB, provided the appointment cannot be assigned to another patient. This does not apply if you were unable to cancel in time due to an important reason for which you are not responsible.

That depends on the specialty. Hernia and visceral surgery, proctology, and the lipoedema center are at Charlottenstraße 13. Thoracic surgery examinations are at Friedrichstraße 95 and surgeries at Charlottenstraße 13. Orthopedics surgeries are at Charlottenstraße 13, while their consultation is at OrthoZiel.
